Looking after the Process Automation and Integration of Human Resource Department that includes Administration, Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Budgeting, Absence Management, Attendance Management, Training & Development, Performance Management etc. Initially, I am assigned to restructure the Structural Data of HR Department by redesigning Organizational Hierarchy with Record Management Elements. It also includes ensuring transformation of system and user readiness by proper trainings, demonstrations and User Guides. In addition, project management role is being assigned as a secondary role that allows me to look after a number of projects pertaining to Sales & Marketing, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Finance Department.
